Job Requirements of Sales Coordinator:
Some Essential Functions:
- Able to handle customer inquiries in person, on the phone and through company email providing information to the public and follow-up in a timely manner.
- Able to sell our tour products respectfully with pride and enthusiasm.
- Able to assist the Director of Sales and Charter Manager in all administrative areas.
- Proficient in areas of social media, creating newsletters via Constant Contact, updating data bases and departmental information.
- Proficient in computer programs such as all Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to do monthly invoicing, process payments, submit Charter gratuities to payroll on a bi-monthly basis and perform general office duties to help support all staff members and departments. - Position will also attend trade shows to promote and sell our products throughout the year as well as build business relationships with other vendors.
- Sales Admin Assistant will also visit accounts and clients when requested out in the field.
- Person must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hourly rate of pay.
Benefits package includes vacation, sick time and insurance.
You must be at least 18 years of age and available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Candidate must have a car and GA driver’s license.
Successful candidate must undergo a drug test and a background search.

Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator handles customer inquiries in person, on the phone, and through company email. The Sales Coordinator aids the Sales Department in selling our products with pride and enthusiasm while supporting the department in other areas to achieve the department’s goals. This position’s responsibilities include computer support, photocopying, filing, mailing, sales recap, setting up appointments, delivering maps and brochures, networking with vendors and prospective clients, and other clerical duties in a busy office environment
