Essential Requirements
- Extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospi8tlay in full measure to every guest
- Hand out brochures, stickers, coupons, and schedules as needed while guests are entering the theatre
- Provide local tourism-related information with accuracy.
Be an ambassador of goodwill for our city.
- Be knowledgeable of our products and pricing
- Perform sales using the point-of-sale platform.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk during the entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, lift, carry, push as necessary to complete tasks.
- Ability to lift, lower and carry supplies that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.

Position Purpose
The Customer Service Representative is the face of Magic Saloon. The Customer Service Representative is to give accurate information and guide customers to the Magic Saloon. The customer's first impression should be that we are professionals, that our Company has integrity, that it is safe, and that it is fun!
