Job Summary

This position performs a variety of routine and complex administrative and professional work in analyzing and administering the safety and asset management standards of Tropical Shell and Gifts. This person ensures that our company’s high standards of safety are maintained. This position is support for the retail managers in aiding with asset management and investigation and works closely with Risk Management on safety protocols, procedures, and directives.

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Prepare documents such as security, liability, and worker’s compensation incident reports
  • Able to be highly organized and detail oriented with administrative skills
  • Perform safety and security inspections, evaluations, investigations, and projects/assignments.
  • Create and maintain various spreadsheets, logs, and reports for record keeping and projects

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in clerical, secretarial, or business administration preferred
  • Be computer literate and keyboard/mouse proficient with a working knowledge of and ability to use various types of computer software. Such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to learn to use the Retail Management System to generate new reports.
  • This position requires passing an annual MVR
  • Clear speaking voice in the English Language
