- Possess skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to construct, erect, install, or repair structures, cabinets, carts, and fixtures made of wood or concrete; including electrical plumbing repairs,
- Shall be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in cramped spaces, lift, lower and carry items that typically weigh 25 – 50 pounds without assistance and 75 pounds with assistance, varying distances and tolerate a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for the preventative maintenance, inspection and repair of the building, grounds, and building equipment. You are to ensure that company’s high standards of safety is reflected in the appearance and the condition of our equipment and facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and install/repairs to building, grounds and building equipment, including painting buildings and equipment. Ensuring company's high standards of safety is reflected i the appearance and condition of our equipment and facilities.
- As assigned by manager, oversee special projects to ensure the facility meets environment, health, and safety standards and complies with government regulations.
- Perform preventive maintenance, general maintenance, inspections and install/repairs to building, grounds and building equipment so the business continues to run smoothly and that the physical condition does not deteriorate. Includes painting building and equipment. Refer to blue prints, repair manuals and part catalogs as necessary.
- Diagnose problems and determine how to repair them, including determining if outside contracting is needed for the repair. Notify manager concerning needs to hire outside company to complete repairs.
- Maintain contact with outside entities performing repairs or new construction to ensure work is done to our standards in a timely manner.
- Follow manufacturers procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
- Pickup and deliver supplies.
- Report safety hazards to manager.
- Pass annual MVR checks.
- Requires on your feet routine physical activity both in and outdoors in all types of weather.
- During rainy conditions cover retail displays; ensure rain drainage areas are free of debris.
- Regular attendance and punctuality in proper attire required.
- This position requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
