Job Requirements of Asset Specialist:
Essential Functions
- Ensure alarm and camera systems are constantly operational
- Monitor the digital surveillance cameras or closed-circuit recording system to identify internal or external theft, inconsistencies with handling cash, and inventory control policies and procedures.
- Run register reports and investigate any discrepancies with Managers.
Report findings of discrepancies investigations to the General Manager and finance department. - Coordinate with the bank and finance department and ensure that policies and procedures are being followed in the transportation of deposits and change orders.
- Assist with projects and assignments supporting the Operations and the Retail HR Manager such as data entry.
Assist with training and make signs and posters.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in clerical, secretarial, or business administration is preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
- Must pass pre-employment MVR/background check and substance abuse testing.
