Job Summary

Our ideal AR/AP Administrative Assistant is organized, detail oriented and has some accounting or finance background with the initiative. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and the initiative to consistently manage time-sensitive projects.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of office equipment, practices and systems with basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, methods and analysis and reporting of financial data
  • Accurately handle money/checks, credit cards, cash receipts, etc.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of times
  • Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in finance, accounting or business administration strongly preferred
