Position Purpose

Our ideal Administrative Assistant is organized and detail oriented, with the initiative and proactive outlook to consistently manage time-sensitive projects. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, able to work with managers and other cast members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • High degrees of self-motivation and the ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations.
  • Ability to gain a broad understanding of the retail process and apply this knowledge in the decision-making process.
  • Ability to identify, gather and analyze information, exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely decisions.
  • Ability to read, write and speak clear English in order to communicate with co-workers, vendors and the general public.
  • Ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively, demonstrate group presentation skills and ability to conduct meetings.
  • HR experience plus
