Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing a large number of inbound telephone calls promptly for a tourism company with operations in seven cities. This position is an onsite position at our National Call Center in St Augustine, FL.
Operating tours, attractions and retail in Boston, Key West, Nashville, San Diego, St. Augustine, Savannah and Washington, DC since 1980!
