Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing a large number of inbound telephone calls promptly for a tourism company with operations in seven cities. This position is an onsite position at our National Call Center in St Augustine, FL.

Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to answer a large volume of inbound calls
- Ability to learn and memorize details of the porducts sold by the National Customer Care Center within the first 90 days
- Be computer literate and keyboard/mouse proficient with a working knowledge of and ability to use various types of computer software
- Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
- Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time
- Ability to use a headset for long periods of time
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult people on the phone while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Outgoing and enjoy working with the public
